Pomelo Salad with Cashew Nuts and Mild Chili

lebua has done it again, in crafting a discerning menu for 35,000 feet above the ground! The German Twin Chefs Thomas and Mathias Suhring who run the hotel’s award winning restaurant Mezzaluna, have been invited to cook for Lufthansa’s Star Chefs fine dining program.

An infusion of East and West, with a touch of Thai flavors, every dish is epicurean indeed. Their creation will be featured on Lufthansa’s Business and First Class international flights till February 28, 2012.
